I just hit elite last night, how do you go to talking to your dedicated vip member, I wonder if this will be helpful in anyway?

They reply to you really fast if you are elite. That's what "dedicated VIP Rep" really translates to..fast replies from support.

Congratulations on hitting Elite, however since Lock Poker money trades at .4 or less they round it down to "El" and wish you the best of luck before you officially become an "E."

So I emailed vip@lockpoker.eu and asked them what are the benefits of having this perk? Lock usually instantly emails me back, but this vip support, my message went unheard. What a joke, to offer a supposed perk for your high volume players and to not even get a response back. I emailed them yesterday. That being said I would imagine it would be the same macroed copy paste bs that they do.
