It looks like there's been a dramatic reduction in the number of prizes. People who rake in the $1000-$4000 range for the month most likely won't be receiving nearly as many levels this month. In fact, people who rake in that range will likely end up losing almost all of the value of this promotion.

Yeah it seems like they want as little players participating in their rake chases as possible.

Is there still a monthly lock lotto winner for a really big prize or just the daily winners now? And if not, when did it stop? Was justfold22 the last winner in August?

Day 1 just raked over $1,100 today good start to the month the only person n the higher bracket levels so far

makeit - I believe that is correct. They removed the bit about the monthly prize from their website and seemed to have some difficulty/delays awarding that big prize.

Of course, they still have a picture of a car on the Lock Lotto promo page which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

And it still says "all through March, April and May" which looks really odd and goofy now that we're in December. But I guess it will become relevant again in a couple months in a sort of "stopped clock is correct twice a day" sort of way.

To win the 45k you need to rake 110k and win every level.

For clearing the final level, you win 5k and need to be among the first 10 to clear that level. The 8k number is the amount of rake required beyond the previous level.

Why are there so many PLO games running that aren't double agent tables? Kinda frustrating, everyone should be playing mainly those tables. Maybe it's people on other skins starting games and then they fill.

You probably answered your own question. Or maybe people on Lock start the regular tables cuz they fill quicker. The holdem games I play are dead since the promo started. Games higher and lower seem ok though but not many double agent tables running at those stakes.

Even a bad hoody is worth more that $25 so I'd go with the hundo plus hoody.

Are you allowed to have an account on multiple skins (for Revolution)? Thought you were only supposed to have 1 account per network....

You can have multiple accounts, just only one Rakeback account on the Revolution network, afaik. Why these stupid rules exist, God knows.

Pretty sure you can have more than one rakeback account. I have rakeback accounts on cake and juicy stakes both with thenuts.com.

I had a Juicy account, tryed to log onto it again because of a Raketherake Thanksgiving promotion, turned out the account was closed due to "rakeback/deposit bonus abuse" what the **** IS that even? I simply didn't get it. Better yet, i never even deposited at Juicy. I just figured they have some mongoloids working there at their support but maybe someone can enlighten me.

To prevent poaching, the rule helps stop rooms canabalizing each other. Its actually really effective.

Furthermore.. bonus/rakeback abuse. It's like some sites make it sound like bonuses and rakeback are money GIVEN to their players (in Lock's case it actually IS for your top rakers (100+%) but THAT ASIDE) Rakeback isn't GIVING money, it's TAKING LESS. Sorry but that's just how i see it.

Why wouldn't a site, or a network, preffere their customers to use a bonus code extra on another skin, and have that person ACTUALLY PLAY on that skin and actually _PAY_ you money, rather than.. let's say.. have this person play at the COMPETITION instead?

just truely baffling to me, sorry, i've seen these rules aswell on the Merge network and honestly it just pisses customers off and deters them from playing on skins they can't have rakeback on at all.

Recent case for me like a week ago. I mail Carbon poker and say "can you put me back on Rakeback program because i was VIP player (Ether) but lost it all because i didn't play in a long time". Support reply: "no, we can't, because you have RB on another skin"

My reply: "ok then i don't play on your site at all and continue playing on Lock only"

It's that simple, right? To which they replied by the way "You are now on the Rakeback program" funnily enough.

double agent thing is flawed

I play 100% of my action at the double agent tables but am only level 7 for that while I'm level 10 on the regular one.

Any comment shane?
