PLAYING IN SUNDAY TOURNYS... IS IT WORTH IT? PLAYING IN SUNDAY TOURNYS... IS IT WORTH IT?

Sup gents,

I posted on here a few times about cashout issues I have had in the past. Well, I got credited back 25 dollars (after a cashout I still havent received)... but anyways. I played in those step tourneys just for ****s an gigs and now I am up to the step 5 tourney, which the winner will get a ticket to the 70k....

Here is my question: If I were to win the 530 dollar buy in tourney, would I have to withdraw my earnings at 3k at a time? Say I won 21k; does that mean I'd have to withdraw 3k, wait god knows how long, and then just keep doing the same thing over and over for seven times or is there an exception to big tourney wins? Because at the rate cashouts are going now, I most likely would not see my full 21k for at least a year and half so it would not even be worth it to put myself through stress that long!

Anyone on here win a big tourney? I wanna hear your experiences. Thanks

Haven't won that much before, but P2P trading might be a good idea. Depending on your transfer limits, you could get 21k off in a lot less time than a year (probably a few weeks or so). Only problem with P2P trading though is that you're probably going to get around 70-75% of the 21k in real money - that's what Lock is worth in the P2P market. Plus you're trading with people you don't know, so do your research.

At least you'll get most of it a hell of a lot sooner, anyway. The link below is the thread I'm talking about - quite detailed OP will walk you through the process.

it would NOT be fun to have any large amount of $ on Lock imo

it is the worst, and trading is huge waste of money but seems viable in the current condition, move to intertops

If you have a large amount and don't want the hassle just transfer it to me?

Yeah, if you make a big score...selling it in the marketplace is the way to go...but you will only get about 75% of the money that way.

Two things you want to do to get set up just in case:

If you are not "marketplace approved" yet...go to your profile and request marketplace approval....once that is done you can start threads in the Gift Card/Site points forum

Have a way to accept Green Dot Money Paks....if you have a paypal acct...you can plug in the code for them there and just put it into your paypal account...or you have to get one or several Green Dot debit cards to load the money onto.

Thought I read that Intertops isn't accepting players or that you need an invite or something...

Know this probably isn't the best place to ask, but it's related... Does anyone know of any sites open to US players that allow player to player transfers without making a deposit? I ask because was going to try and trade some Lock $ for $ on another site & would prefer not to have to make a deposit first.. Also, do most US sites allow P2P transfers? (I heard Merge stopped allowing them) Any answers or being pointed in the right direction would be appreciated.

I think I remember seeing Chicago post a response to a similar question recently the P2P chat thread

Merry X-mas,
