This occurred on 8/1

ben1914 & xxxPWMxxx

I'm not sure if these two players know each other or if they are the same person. The tournament was down to 4 players with 1st and 2nd getting the $215 ticket.

We had been playing 4 handed for some time and it was obvious that the other player involved and myself were not going to give it away. xxxPWMxxx and ben1914 went to the flop in a small pot (both were very deep). xxxPWMxxx bet big on the flop, ben1914 made a small raise (leaving a ton of chips behind) and xxxPWMxxx shoved and ben1914 CALLED.

ben1914 CALLED an equally big stack off with 8 high and a gutter ball. A play that was NOT happening in this four way war.

these two soft played each other the entire table and i noticed this way before this chip dump and when given the opportunity to get all the chips from one to another, although VERY obviously dumped it was done, making me for sure expose this. I ended up busting 3rd and getting a small amount of $, losing out on $140+ (difference between my cash and the 215 ticket).

I emailed support and received this:

"Thank you for taking the time to let us know about a possible collusion on the tables. Game integrity is taken very seriously and will be investigated. Please note, we are unable to release the details of the investigation for privacy and security reasons."

I responded asking what would be done for me, getting cheated...no response. i then emailed again today asking what was being done for me and shortly after received the following:

I responded asking about my compensation and that I am very confident that I was in fact cheated by these two. Being already frustrated in this and the garbage responses ive received, I emailed this directly to Shane and Eric for help about an hour or so ago.

I am hopeful that the right thing will be done as im sure anyone that looks at things can see these two worked together.

Seems pretty standard to me? Thats what all sites answers when you bring it to thiere attention.
Then they investigate, and if they find anything they will contact you and compensate you WITHOUT telling you anything about players involved or in which game your compensation comes from....... standard imho

I really dont care if they did anything to them or him personally...be it a ban or a noodle whipping. I do want my 215 ticket though or the difference in what i received and the ticket. It is as clear as day and that is what the site and/or every poker room in the country protects its players against.

xxxPWNxxx was in the same tourny today but without other one. Im sure either that account was banned or because there was questions, they have to be careful now.

Eric/Shane...I emailed this to you...as you or your security team sees the collusion, will you protect your player and do whats right here?

Lets assume you are right they did collude.

That means that not only you but ALL the players in the tournament have been cheatet by these 2 guys. Then they will have to find a way to compensate everyone in the tour, and not just you.
Im not saying your wrong, but theres more to it, than "just" you beeing 3rd instead of 2nd if they actually did collude.
