Cheating in DON Cheating in DON

11558989 Tournament ID number
PLayer Lanel00 purposely dumped chips to other player when it was 4 handed to keep me from winning. Please check the chat after the tournament ended, in where the player told me he screwed me over cause I got lucky in a previous DoN. Please look into Shane as this player pretty much kept me from having a chance as he folded every hand to shallow stacks and even called 1000 raise with player having 50 behind and folded to 50 bet to spite me.

Well for one, you can't even chat in a DON.....

Just saw it said *after it ended, my bad**

I think it is still cheating even if you are not working with another player. Simply because I got lucky in a previous DoN doesn't mean you have the right to soft play other players and basically make it impossible for me to win. I just want them to look into this and punish this player so he won't do this again. I care about this because this player looks a like a regular winning player and don't want to see this happen again.

this isnt cheating. its only cheating if hes colluding.

making -ev plays isnt cheating no matter what his intent was

Maybe I should rephrase, he was soft playing. At the end of the tournament he wrote in chat that he screwed me over because I got lucky on him in a previous Don. Look I don't care about the money, I just want this player to be notify that if he does this again he will be not allowed to play Don. Soft playing is clearly against the rules. There was a hand in where the guy raise 1000 chips with 50 behind and he called the 1000 and folded to his 50 bet on the flop. Not to mention he raises every hand on button and cutoff, but folded bvb 15 times in a row.

Lol..they hired tmay420 as one of their lock pros.. I highly doubt they would say anything to someone that is "soft playing" in a 7 don. More than likely wouldn't say anything if he colluded either. They want rake. Bottom line. Either way, I personally don't see this as cheating tho.

yeah i dont think this is cheating. is it really considered soft playing when his intention was to screw you over regardless of what it took (without cheating or collusion obviously)???? he made a stupid shove that could've screwed himself over as well espeically against the biggest stack who could afford to call. i think it was just a moronic play to try and get you back (even if it screws him over too lol), not cheating or soft playing.

sux bro..when someone starts pulling that chit on me i start shoving on him..he calls once and loses and tables are usually turned..and chances are he's playing chit

Yea o well, it's not really a huge deal, I just don't want this to happen again.

in all honesty, you want this to happen over and over again. You tilted this guy so now he's playing a sub standard game over a personal issue. This really is a very good thing. Learn to take advantage of these type of situations, because u well run into this more than u think, and with roi percentages really low in these, u need to take of every advantage u have, and this is most diff one of those.

While I don't think its cheating, and I do agree you can take advantage of his emotions. I do wish they would take away his chat function. He waits for whatever reason until after the tournament to berate you if you beat him. I got fed up and turned off my chat.

Peyton,
Sorry you were offended. I make it common practice to take notes about players. When someone has a big stack and goes out of their way to bully me or makes -ev calls vs me intentionally I make a note about it. If the time comes where im sitting on 75% of the chips in play and they are at the table I will target that player. I agree with the other posters that you can take advantage of my emotions. I have never colluded with another player though, so i do not feel it is cheating. Just returning the favor of your garbage play. Sorry you were offended. GL in your games.

NextLevel1,

I am sorry you do not respect the way i played the game, but I did not respect the plays you made previously, so when i had a big stack I had no desire to see you cash. Not cheating, just being bitter, which is very much allowed.
