changing from rakeback to vip - Page 3 - Two Plus Two

Is the VIP info page outdated? I see all the levels from White to Black Elite say "$10/1000 VIP cash redemption". Or maybe you got a special deal?

Since I posted that, thhey changed so that the points have a base value. So for black, instead of it being 20/20 it's 30/10.

Sorry to bump this fossil of a thread, but what exactly do I need to do to switch from VIP to rakeback? email someone? If so, who?
