@surprised - You are simply the rudest person on here. You speak down to people for no reason and have such broken English that it's difficult to even communicate to you, or to understand what you are trying to say. But I've exhibited patience for that, whereas your direct insults are plain and clear.

What PROOF will you EVER receive from forum posters? Shane, who WORKS for Lock, doesn't have proof to show us in regards to these matters, so why do you insist regular posters provide you of PROOF of what we are speculating? It's a forum, we're here to support one another to get our money off and to speculate about what is going on. Clearly you understand very little about the purpose of this forum, (a lack of competence, as you say), so please leave.

One thing I can say is that even through your broken English, you're still completely rude, arrogant, and not nearly as intelligent as you find yourself to be. You pick apart single sentences from entire posts and use them individually to attack someone else. Why do you even exist here, what good does anyone find in your posts? In fact you go out of your way to attack other posters with your comments. There's a word for people like you, it's called a "troll".

When have I said you must eat what I tell you? Everything I say is speculation based on what I've come to realize about Lock and how they treat us as players. I'm also an accountant, so I can more knowingly speculate on the comments Jen Larson made about why Lock hasn't "been able" to have an audit performed. No one cares what Lock hasn't personally done to you. If they haven't done anything to you, then perhaps this entire SUPPORT forum for us as players won't apply to you and you should take your bad attitude and rude remarks elsewhere. I'm done talking to you, and as you can see from the first reply I made to you weeks ago on a thread, I told you to take a step back and relax instead of attacking people. Instead, you continue to berate people as you please.

I play at Lock and I have money there so it is interesting for me when someone say "Lock is broke", Lock is a scam", "There is 0 chance of anyone buying Lock and paying out players", "Lock use players funds for retreats", etc...

Your "speculations" are not interesting me 1 Cent, IŽm old enough to speculate and analyse what is going on at Lock, but there is a big different between "Lock is broke" and "My speculation is that Lock is broke". And if someone say "Lock is broke" then bring the proof!

There is a big difference if I say "You have killed this person" cause I saw how you killed it or if I say "My speculation comes to the point that you must have killed this person".

What some people here in the Forum are doing is insinuation, defamation, character assassination and when I ask for proof they feel attacked. IŽm sure that these insinuations, defamations, and character assassinations will not help to get our money sooner, so for me it lookslike that those people have other intensions...

Like I said in the past, They said they purchased the site when first all went down, they said Lock Ops was coming, and many more things...... And what we get big BLANK..... That is why we have not seen a major upgrade to the software because Lock is not the owner, I bet you any money if they owned it and funds was good, we would see major change in the software.... Look at WPN they seem to have a whole new software very soon, and cashout's are quick.... So that is telling us something is very wrong with this network and Lock, I wish all was good and new software and fast cashouts because I would be playing on Lock because they have great tournaments and features that no other site has but... Nothing is going there way or the players way.

Untill today I got allways paid, so no reason to take legal steps against the responsible managers of Cipaco N.V. and when one day itŽll be necessary IŽll for sure not tell criminal haters(insinuation, defamation, character assassination) what I know about the things and what step IŽll take.

No, it's the fact that you're on an internet forum and you're talking about other posters using the words "criminal haters(insinuation, defamation, character assassination)"


leaving aside the obvious,

a) insinuation is not a crime
b) character assassination implies that you have a positive character to assassinate in the first place. you, sir... do not.


If you're calling the people here criminal haters, what would you call the nazis I wonder?*


edit: it's also the fact that you cannot think for yourself and you need people to state in every post that this is speculation, rather than you using your brain to realize 99% of posts on this forum are speculation and it's implied.

@ surprised - In all honesty though, the only "proof" i've seen whatsoever with regards to this situation is Shane (Lock employee) lying to us via posts, Lock Support lying to us via e-mail (I have personal proof and others do as well), and Jen Larson (Lock CEO) lying to us via the "interview" she had done with a biased party that was posted in another thread. What more proof do you want about a company before you're angry with them? Not only have I personally been lied to by them, but we as a poker community and a decent % of their customer base have collectively been lied to. At this point, they need to make things right, such as paying players who have been waiting 4, 5, 6, 7+ months for money, before any decent sentiments are directed their way.

You are completely selfish if you're going to ignore the fact that there are so many people in this community who haven't been getting paid dating back the last 4-7 months. At some point, we are rightfully going to declare that as NOT paying us. If you requested a withdrawal now and didn't receive it for the next 2 years, yet Lock was still in business, are you going to say they're still paying? There becomes an excessive time limit on a withdrawal request where we are simply going to start saying, you are NOT paying us. It hasn't been a few cases, it's almost ALL of us. On here, on other forums, on Facebook, everywhere - WAKE UP. Hardly anyone has been receiving money here. Lock has tarnished their own reputation by not paying us and not communicating with us like human beings. Nothing I have to say is anymore evidence that it's an awfully run company than what they've done to themselves.

My goal isn't to tarnish their already tarnished reputation. My goal is to do something other than sit around waiting while a company hasn't paid my request from 01/06. If Lock had half a brain, they would have silenced the active users here by making sure we (of all people) were getting paid. Do they care about that? Do they care about what their customers think? Clearly not, unless it has to do with tournament structure suggestions or other nonsense about their actual site layout. And there are SO many people in my same situation. Not only have they not paid us, they aren't even working WITH us via communication to help out. They simply just leave us here to wait with zero communication or understanding.
