Almost 2 weeks now i have been trying to get myself excluded from Lock casino. I have emailed the site, and after a week of not getting a response from them, i then attempted to in touch with Rizen via 2+2 PM. The day Rizen PMed me back i received an email from Lock saying they received my email and my request was forwarded to the right department. Rizen also informed me in his response that if it was not taken care of within 24 hours to let him know. Well were going on almost 4 days now since Rizen told me 24 hours, and i am still able to play Lock casino.

Responsible gaming should be a top concern for poker sites. Not only did cake email me back within 10 minutes after requesting exclusion from their casino, they also have a feature built into the client that allows you to do the exclusion yourself. Lock has no such option, so players are left waiting weeks to be excluded from their casino. That may be ok in my case as i do have at least some self control, but what about they guy that will gamble his house away?

UNACCEPTABLE.

doesnt matter he cant lose his house you can deposit enough money in a year to lose a house lol , deposit limits are so low it almost protect people

I think its a joke man, if you have those kinds of problems with gambling then stay away for good. Permanately delete your account and come up with some better hobbies

So because i want to be excluded from the temptation of casino games, i have gambling problems...riiiiight...

On every other casino/poker site i've witnessed you were able to exclude yourself from casino games rather quickly. Not sure why you think its a joke to be able to do so...

How do you know they didn't exclude you already? Did you play any casino games to test it out? I think I read from Rizen they were having trouble getting emails out to certain email carriers, like msn. Then it appears both Rizen and Shane lost internet service altogether today after this morning. Such bad luck.

It's not easy taking over a failed network with faulty software and no support in place. All in all, for what they are working with, I think they have done an exceptional job at player retention. That's all that really matters. People can complain from here to there and everywhere, but if player retention is excellent and the site keeps growing then they are doing things right.

Personally, I have been playing mostly at Bunnypoker anyways because I find the games easier, pairs always win, and the rewards are visually inspiring.

In fact the skins I play on have an excellent customer support and use their own cashier, but Lock has done a great job at screwing up the network itself further with their heavy delays and lack of staff.

I've had myself self banned since Merge, but I've been able to access the casino since the move to Revolution. I've managed to stay out of the casino by telling myself I'm still banned... GL op

I also received a PM today from another player who is also trying to get an exclusion from the casino side of their client. This player informed me that in email Lock told him that if they exclude him from casino games he will not be able to access the cashier at all because it is powered by the Casino!

Are you kidding me Lock? This is outrageous. On your website in the responsible gaming section it states this: If you still wish to play on the site but wish to be blocked from accessing a particular game type with which you have a compulsion, support can accommodate that request for you also.

WTF is the point of putting this on your website if it ain't true? I don't appreciate being lied to. How many more weeks am i going to have to wait for a simple exclusion from casino games?

I understand a lot of your players don't really care as long as you are able play their games, but when these shady owners rip you off just realize you have no right to complain when you support their negligence.

Now that you mention it, I think another poster has explained the same thing before about the exclusion locking you out of the cashier. However, that could have been when they were still on Merge so perhaps it's different now.

Well, that definitely sucks. You would think that they'd be required to allow self-exclusion by whoever licenses them. Or do they even have any licenses?

I self excluded myself from the casino, and now I can't access the cashier. This is a joke, and I've been trying for a week to get access to the casino back just so I can have my cashier back.

Ok, when on Merge, I had excluded myself from casino so I can play poker only until the new cashier was put up on Lock. They did say that they couldn't make the cashier available but they also said that when you needed it, they can open it back up for you. SO in theory, you could deposit, have them shut down the casino/cashier and when you are ready (I hope) to withdraw, then ask them to open up the casino/cashier and do your thing. They have always been responsive to my request. Just understand, what they can close, they can open back up.

In theory this could work, but theres a huge chance it would all go to hell. The fact that Lock seems so clueless about whats going on so much of the time, I would be hesitant to do this for fear of never regaining access to the cashier in a timely manner.

They just need to fix the system and allow exclusions from the casino without this BS workaround.

I do agree. I hope this is part of the fixes coming up. If they even want to consider for the regulation of US, they will need to make it priority IMO. if there is ever a site I can play poker like I did with Poker stars, I would love it.

And tilted my bankroll on blackjack again today. This is just unbelievable. **** you Lock.

I even asked them to shut my whole account down a couple weeks ago, they can't even do that. WTF do i have to do violently threaten support? Cuz i'll fkn do it. Scumbags, learn how to run a pokersite.

I have contacted Curacao gaming licensees regarding all the issues Lock has been having as of late. If i don't hear back from them soon i will be contacting the government of Curacao.
