Rizen - Nobody has contacted me at all. My only communications on this are the PM's I sent to you and in this thread with you and Shane.

Re: Casino bonuses

Alright so I am debating depositing a small amount (100-300 bucks)...what are the odds of me getting my money back if I decided to withdraw?

You'll get it, depending on what method you use it might take 2-3 weeks though, and you will need to make sure you can provide all the info required for account validation. There is a FAQ regarding validation stickied at the top of this forum.

Thanks

Re: Casino bonuses

I didn't want to touch the bonus until all this got resolved but I said "**** it" and went crazy just now and cleared it in like 10 minutes. I got lucky.

Now I have to wait until I clear my other bonus so I can transfer the casino winnings over to the poker side lol.

EDIT: I just tried and was able to transfer the winnings successfully from the casino side to the poker side even though I have an active bonus. Originally I didn't even try because I remember a few weeks ago I tried a transfer (casino -> poker) and the system would not let me because of the active bonus.

They should quit doing casino bonuses and just do a very simple cash reward

This status remains the same. Nobody has contacted me at all.

This has gone on for a REALLY long time.

Conclusion: lock does not consider it urgent when a player is missing money or feels scammed by the site.

How go those talks regarding the reimbursements? No news still? It is almost March according to my calendar.

Re: Casino bonuses

Rizen,

You mentioned earlier the Casino Bonus would be removed on March 1st. Any idea what (if anything) will be replacing the Casino Bonus, after we receive them this month?

Re: Casino bonuses

I have already quit lock because of this situation and 2 of my friends have as well. Their customer support is by far the worst online. No different than FTP stealing peoples money.

I thought he said they'd offer another option instead of the casino bonus for people who didn't want the casino bonus (I could be wrong). Given the imposed limitations or whatever, it's possible whatever else they offer might have lower value making the casino bonus the better of the two options (at least imo). Again I could easily be wrong.

Re: Casino bonuses

rakeme - It would be close to impossible to give lower value than they have given in the casino bonus. Even calling it an extra 1% in rakeback value would be a stretch the way it is constructed. It is closer to 0.5% rakeback. That's it. And with a long and time-consuming playthrough requirement too.

Of course, all of that assumes that players do not get inconvenienced by delayed payments with very few answers on the rules of the bonus, etc. It's a 0.5% rakeback bonus (that was promoted as 20%) the way it is constructed right now. Rake $5000 in a month, here is an extra $25 in value for you...and don't forget to block out some time to probably get nothing in return for this after you bust it out.

Rizen has said they are completely getting rid of the casino bonus. That was a post in January though so we'll see when that finally happens.

He has also said they are developing a new bonus to replace it and that they welcome suggestions. He has not given any more info on when the casino bonus will finally be done or when or what the new bonus will be starting.

Currently, all players on the site in February DO NOT KNOW if they are getting a casino bonus RIGHT NOW. We have asked them and I do not believe they have answered one way or another. I might be forgetting though.

Re: Casino bonuses

MB,

Rizen mentioned the Casino Bonus would be cancelled March 1st. I guess that implies we will be getting a bonus for our play in Feb.

I guess we'll have to wait and see if anything ends up replacing it.

Re: Casino bonuses

This. Casino bonuses will NOT be happening March 1st, I said that a while ago so that everyone playing in Feb would know that.

Thanks
