Good luck all...I hope a little faith is restored.
Good to hear that you finally got paid.
What cash out method did you use?
Just wondering because I'm at day 51 waiting for my Skrill cashout.
First 40 days ended with my money being put back in my account after they acknowledged an "inputting error"
Had to start all over again and now I'm at Day 11 of my second try.

This is where Shane can help I think. This is purely speculation but if you see your withdrawal go to "authorized" status (which is usually after about 7-12 days) then it should be in your account soon after that. If it has been in "authorized" status for more than a reasonable amount of time, I would contact Shane and ask him to look into it. Otherwise the cashout could be returned with those "imput errors"...whatever the f that means.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup
I understand that there are some reasons for cashouts to take a bit of time. However there is absolutely no reason for a cashout to slip through the cracks. Withdrawals are one of the most important parts of instilling confidence in your product and getting people to deposit. For every person who comes in here talking about 45 day wait times and no support responses, that's one more public post people will read discouraging them from depositing. If you can't even do the very least to respond to these people, even if it's just to assure them that you are still working on processing their withdrawal and you apologize for the delay, there is something seriously wrong with your product.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup
Never, nobody, play or anyhow make business with LOCK, its total SCAM, like UB and other those type of poker rooms. i won package to BoM there and now they send me notice that i need to send my details to go there. Joke is that i cant exchange package for money, and they gave me 700$ for travel expenses, that of course i cant cah out, because cash outs takes 1 year to proceed, my 1st 3,7k cash out, still after 1 month+ is not approved, so i dont believe i will ever get it, and also i have like 4k in my account left, and to cash out those 700$ i will never have time, because that tournament is at the end of Novemeber. How do you think its fair?
Also i need to add, that representative only answered me, i will look at it, and thats all, no answer for 1 week already, but default support just copy/paste the same crap like, we sent ur inquiry further to cashier department and that department looks like never answers, already 2 weeks
Package is 2,5k$ worth
SCAMER site

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup
They're honestly not scamming anyone - they're really just really REALLY slow / backlogged on those things. I know it feels like you're being scammed, but i've seen everyone so far eventually get paid / get their goods. Same with purchases in the shop or if you won it from Lock Lotto. Takes a month to arrive, but it does arrive every time.

Not true. Cashouts do not take 1yr, that's just a flat out lie, which makes you the scammer. Is the 3.7k cashout a check? If it is, checks take about 2 months to receive. Also I believe it clearly states that package winners must play in Malta.
If people like you would take the time to read other threads in this forum that deal with the same perceived problems they are having then they wouldn't create separate threads where they make outlandish and false statements.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup
Well, you "lose" money if you transfer with vig, but look at it this way: with the insane Rakeback you received when playing that pretty much makes up for that..

very true.
But what I meant by that is that I got money instead of nothing if Lock is unable to pay or if Larson and company just "disappear," which is what many people thought would happen from the start.
And judging from everything slow non US payouts, removing an option to cashout, no official statement, blatant lies etc.
I'll be damned if I want to take that risk...I've seen this before the writing is on the wall.
As I have said before, I hope Lock gets it together because they were great and had the chance to the best US serving site. I'll eat my words if they prove over several months to be "legit"
