Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup

While cashout speeds have been much slower than we'd like them to be, we are working to get them back to where they should be.

Its important to add that while segregation helps keep your funds secure it doesn't improve cashout speeds as those funds dont pass direct to you from us.

The current cashout timeframes are:
Checks - 5-6 weeks
WU - 7-14 business days
eWallets - 7-14 days

If anyones cashouts are over these timeframes please email me so I can follow them up for you.

Shane, come on man. The whole point of me starting this thread was that the cashout times are NOT 7-14 days. There are multiple people ITT with cashout times over 40 days....AND STILL NOT PROCESSED. It's like you refuse to acknowledge that there is a major problem here.

It would be better explain the reason for the delays rather than explaining that funds segregation doesn't improve cashout times. The point that most can see here is that NOT segregating funds most certainly WILL lead to cash delays - such as the delays we are experiencing right now.

But I'll bite. I'll email you and see if you can help me.

Im not saying there arent cashouts going over the stated time, Im saying those people need to contact me because its not right.

The nature of the current processing climate means Im limited in my ability to talk about processing in much detail.

Which of your cashouts are you referring to? I only see withdrawals from the 16th and 25th of August.

I really wonder what your definition of "segregation" is - is it something like "not using player funds for operating expenses"?.

I'm willing to bet my left arm (probably both) that this type of segregation is not in place. It is my strong belief that the players are currently paid out with money from recent deposits less op-ex.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup

There's just so many obvious things wrong with Lock that anyone with a functioning brain knows what the deal is.

-They aren't making anywhere near the $ they anticipated

-Funds are NOT really segregated, despite what they tell their shills rizen/shane

-They ARE having cash flow problems

-Still no new software, despite their other shill jhub's tweet a few months ago about how we're going to be blown away or something silly like that

We've seen this story before. Lock seemingly is run by a bunch of monkeys, probably why Merge gave them the boot. What % you can get for your money in the cash out thread is a pretty good indicator of how you're doing as a site. Guess what Lock? Your **** is about to fall to .80 on the dollar. You ****ing suck right now.

Whoever think their bonus and promotions are sustainable should stop dreaming. Lock lost their license for online gaming from Kawaha gaming commission a while ago. There's a reason why no other sites are giving 150% rakeback to their top grinders.

This has gone just past the timeframe the cashier team have been quoting me, if you email me I can chase it up for you.

We have already stated here several times that these bonuses aren't sustainable and over the past 2 months have scaled back the promotions in a move towards are more sustainable permanent model. We will continue this gradual process as things improve, it was just very important to reward our loyal players through this time.

We didnt lose our Kahnawake licence, the licences are issued on a network level so when we bought Cake to launch Revolution our regulator changed as they were already regulated through Curacao.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup

we shouldn't have to be emailing a Lock representative to "look into" our Skrill cashouts that have been processing for 3-4+ weeks

We should be getting paid regularly and normally - like all good and reputable sites do!

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup

It is very frustrating having to deal with long cashout times and there is no acceptable excuse for Lock as to why it takes them so long. However, it's not Shane's fault it takes forever. At least he is trying to help.

Re: Cashout Issues - Time to Wakeup

i saw a post somewhere in this forum that was spot on but can't find it...went something like this

intertops is on the same network and getting checks sent out in 2-3 days....locks cashier department needs to head on over to intertops and find out what they are doing and who their processors are

lock is playing the old "blame it on the processors" trick

why can't they just say fu to jdb services and find someone else (whoever intertops uses)???????
