Vault "Points Redemption" button missing? Vault "Points Redemption" button missing?

After logging into the vault, there were always two buttons below your balance, "View Transactions" and "Redeem Points".

Now I am only seeing "View Transactions".

Anyone? Shane?

Happened to me as well. I was still able to do point redemption by going through the cashier page instead of admin. Hope that helps

Unfortunately, when I go to the points tab in the cashier I see the message "Your account does not qualify for points redemption". I remember seeing this message in the past as well, but I was still able to redeem points for cash through the vault.

I Am alos missing the points reddeem button in my vault now too, and it was always there beforre the last 2 weeks or so. I did ask support and they said they dont know why it shoodnt show now tho... so not sure where it went either,,

When you go to the points tab in the cashier, are you able to redeem points that way?

You redeem points in the cashier now. There is a tab for points, I've done it a few time already. It goes directly to your account balance (not the vault).

Yeah, for some reason when I do this it says "Your account is not eligible to redeem points". I've emailed support and Shane about this but no word yet.

Anyone seeing a similar message?

Yep I have the same problem.Cant redeem in vault anymore either.So what good are the points?

Go to your Cashier -> Points tab

exchange them there instead. (or buy stuff with it in the shop ofcourse, but i don't recommend)

i also have same problem, i would rather it in my vault rather than having to go to cashier because i dont use that tab.

I am in the same boat as you. I finally got a response from the cashier department saying my account does not qualify for points redemption because of the rakeback promotion I am signed up for.

Some of you who are having this similar problem (that when you go to the points tab it says "Your account does not qualify for points redemption") are also probably signed up for a rakeback promotion that does not allow other bonuses such as "reload bonuses" or points redemption.

What stinks is that before they updated the vault, I was able to redeem points through there cause there was a button for that. I am starting to suspect that this was a loophole at the time, and I really wasn't supposed to be able to redeem points. Oh well.

Just to clarify, I'm in the same boat as you in terms of not being able to redeem points. I HAVE been receiving rakeback payments though as recently as yesterday, so I'm afraid you're on your own for that one.
