I have now been waiting over a month for a single cashout from Lock to my Skrill account. The website promises 48 hours. A recent search through the forums revealed that there are quite a few other players in the same boat as me with the same issues. Needless to say, they are a little late.
There is simply NO good reason for these delays. Please do not try to insult me and say there is a backlog they are working through and that is the only issue or that their was some error with Skrill payments this month or some of the other usual BS you have tried running on me in the past. These are all lies. The WSOP is over. There are no major tournament series running.
The plain and simple truth for these delays is and always will be CASH FLOW problems. No matter what you try to say, you are not paying because you don't have the money.
Shane, I'm not going to email you as you have instructed other people to do because why should I? Are you saying the other 5 emails I have sent directly to the cashier AND cashier manager fell through the cracks? Are you saying that unless it comes from you they don't respond? Are you also further telling me that if YOU email them, they will stop the other cashouts they are working on (further delaying them) and start working on mine? Why would your email help speed things up? This is outrageous!
The last email they responded to promised my cashout to me early last week. They have since stopped responding. There is a phone number they include in all of their confirmation emails. That's a total joke. Yeah, like anyone ever answers that.
I am extremely upset by this if you can't already tell. The poker world is tarnished by shady operations and lies upon lies and you are simply adding fuel to the fire. Why would ANY recreational player deposit if it takes 2 months to get money off? Why would anyone put money on a site that doesn't even respond to emails anymore. You are not only causing problems directly to me and my family but indirectly by further tarnishing on-line pokers reputation.
There are MANY, MANY other options right now INCLUDING other skins on the SAME network that will process these in 24 hours.
Get your act together or GTFO.
I couldn't have said it better myself.
I waited 40 days before they acknowledged an "inputting error" to Skrill and then they put my money....7k....back in my account.
I immediately resubmitted my Skrill cashout request which was 6 days ago...but including the initial wait, I'm now at day 47 !
How many more days or weeks will I have to wait?
Will I ever get my money?
After what I've been through to date, and what you and others have written, I have no reason to be optimistic.
Shane responded to me today on another thread and said E-Wallet cashout times are currently 7-14 days and times are improving so we'll see if that information is credible in short order.
Good luck with your situation, I emapathize with you in every way.
