Unfortunately , I forget the password for my email on my Lock account and gmail is being really difficult about getting it retrieved . I guess Shane doesn't have PMs. Anyone know if I can change my email connected with my account?? Thanks

Doubt that'll be possible, but contact support i guess? I'm sure _IF_ they allow this (i highly doubt it) they'll make you go through a big process of verifying your identity, including sending all new identity documents again on your new e-mail. If they don't do this, that'd be some sick security breach because anyone could impersonate you to get your e-mail changed..

Yea , you might be right . I literally don't have access to the email associated with my lock account , it's just so frustrating .

As above you are going to have to talk to security to find out how best to verify your account.

Shane, I asked support to change my email. I haven't been able to log on for two days. It seemed that when they changed my email they also changed my password. (Although they keep telling me there is something wrong with my software)

Who do I contact to get my email/password fixed. I seem to get an error on the client and an error on the website that begins with a triangle.

From my experience with this problem, you will have to contact lock security. They resolved this issue for me.

Shane, I messaged you via skype regarding my account/e-mail issues. It doesn't pertain directly to an e-mail issue, per se, but my account is frozen. I posted a thread in the Lock section, but haven't gotten any replies. I have that fraudulent player code associated with account kwill0601@yahoo.com - I understand some of these codes were wrongly given out and there was a system error. Mine has not been cleared. As a result of this, and given that account was so old (but verified), I made a new one. This was allowed AND Lock let me make an initial deposit, but when I downloaded the poker application, I log in and when I pick my avatar and nickname, I get the message "Too many accounts on this address". ADDRESS? I am not sure what that means. I really would just like kwill7x@gmail.com unfrozen so I can access my funds or have them immediately sent to kwill0601@yahoo.com and have that account unfrozen. It is really frustrating that I can't get anyone from security to contact me and there is no telephone number. I had so many issues with my payout a year ago and I left Lock because of it. I have now tried to return and put my faith back in lock and I just get screwed around with again. Can someone help? -.-
