Well, can someone at lock at least say if I will be able to play in the tournaments tomorrow with any confidence?

Im sure rizen will handle all your problems, I don't see how you all trust a website that runs off a internet based web browser cashier, LMAO, cake has fastest response time in history of online poker, yet all these people stick to lock lol









Edit: Does no1 remember the lock poker 300,000$ scam that happened on merge network?

they had someone that worked for lock and gave them access to super admin viewing all the whole cards, long story short he abused that and called his friends and told them the whole cards at certain tables... therefore he got "banned for life". and they returned most of the $300,000 and redeemed players, Buncha crap. Lol.


I knew it was all a scam!

Hey guys, sorry for my absence I have actually been laid up in bed sick.

We have been pushing for a statement on last weekend all week, from the communications Ive seen some info has been sent over to Rizen and he will be giving a statement shortly on the matter.

Im catching up on everything tonight and will try to answer as much as I can.

Too sick to get on a computer? That is a pretty poor excuse. How long has it been since your last post? Almost a week?

Not trying to troll, but when I am sick I usually at least check my email once during a 72hr period.

Picked a good time to come down with a case of the sniffles.

And there is no way I am playing in the 100k tomorrow FWIW.

Thanks Shane for your responses. I think panic was starting to set in for many players and for very good reasons. Hopefully, everything will be resolved and customer support will improve. Customer support is vital to any business. Thanks to microbob and others who come on here and offer support and objective views on lock. I like many others come on here for support, help, advice. It was one of the first things that initially impressed me with lock is how quickly Rizen and others would respond to issues. I know with the move many issues have come about, hopefully everything works out and support returns to the forefront, because that is the most vital component to any well run business.

It is sad that scummy websites still do this, they don't even defend their actions.

Intertops customer support told me today that everyone who was still the tournament in the 100K when it was cancelled got a refund, but everyone who had their stack blinded away when the server crashed the first time and then were eliminated before it was cancelled did not. How can they justify that!?!?!?

They can't, that is why no one in their camp is responding to anything.

Except one rogue pro Icewater, I respect him for that.

The rest of Lock has lost me as a customer, forever.

No excuse for what has transpired in the past 2 weeks. Things are just getting worse too (they tell us better, better for them and their pockets).

I can't hit that withdraw button fast enough.........if it will ever let me.

Actually, I have had good results every time I have mailed Shane or Rizen. When they forward a mail to support it finally gets answered. Problem is that it usually takes mailing them to get a response from support.

I can believe that he was sick, or other times been busy. At least you get given an explanation for a slow response. They don't have to justify and tell you that much, but it's nice that they do and you don't think you get blown off.
