Actually, I have had good results every time I have mailed Shane or Rizen. When they forward a mail to support it finally gets answered. Problem is that it usually takes mailing them to get a response from support.
I can believe that he was sick, or other times been busy. At least you get given an explanation for a slow response. They don't have to justify and tell you that much, but it's nice that they do and you don't think you get blown off.
