Lock could earn a 2nd chance if they came clean immediately and started responding to all complaints several times a day, one case at a time.

Another option is to shut the site down until they get things worked out.

They are mismanaging cash inside the poker games (cashing out from individual tables) and bouncing checks now on payouts.

I don't think they have the cash or manpower to turn it around. Shane seems like a good guy caught in the middle of someone elses bad judgement and poor planning.

I feel sorry for the players with large amounts of cash on Lock.

I liked the old Lock and trusted their system, but the New Lock is obviously failing fast.

Post BOYCOTT LOCK POKER

Fellow poker players, take a walk with me...

Let's say you walk into an electronics store and purchase a television only to get home and find it malfunctioning, you would return it immediately. When you call to arrange for return, you are told that they're aware of the issue and a technician is coming to repair it immediately. This would give you slight peace of mind. Yet...no technician shows up. You call again and get nothing but pre-recorded responses and zero assistance. You go onto the website to find that online chat support is "currently offline" which translates to "never online." You try to contact the manufacturer, but find the same difficulties. Well my friends, this is exactly what we're dealing with when it comes to Lock Poker.

I feel that the poker community has been very patient in dealing with the Revolution change-over. We have given Lock plenty of time to repair the software issues. Additionally, we have taken hours of our own time to report these issues via e-mail, or through this "Lock Supported Forum". Although, this forum doesn't seen to have a Lock presence at all, other than the players.

With an unreliable, 99% absent support team I simply can't trust that theses major issues are being dealt with seriously. I've tried to be patient, and would continue to be if I had received some sort of correspondence. I can't even get an auto-reply e-mail. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I wouldn't accept this from a company that provided my internet, or cable service. Nor would I allow this type of service from someone who worked on my car, or even did my dry-cleaning. I especially wouldn't accept this type of service from someone who handles my finances such as a bank or credit union. So...why are we continuing to play poker on a website that clearly has no one's best interest in mind but their own.

As of today (June 15, 2012) I am officially boycotting Lock Poker entirely, and asking for other players to do so as well. If they continue to receive money through rake and deposits, they will have no incentive to fix the laundry list of problems with their site. A financial department that bounces checks to players, a support team that is absent and unresponsive, these are not the actions of a professional organization. I can't imagine that any intelligent person would deal with a business such as this one. Please stand with me, and boycott Lock Poker. Let's show that the poker community is united and that our concerns won't be ignored.

But in all seriousness they are fixing the software and bugs. It's just slower than they planned. Yesterday they put up the bonus section on admin. sometimes the bug they fix is not the bug you have. I scour the forum everyday and read about all the bugs people are having, tbh I only had about a 1/3 of the total bugs I've read and most of the ones I had have been fixed. Not on a daily basis but just randomly. Progress is just slow.

You do realize that this exact thread with this exact title already exists on the first page of this forum. Just join that cause instead of starting a new one of the same purpose.

Re: BOYCOTT LOCK!! Pass it on......

This is just sad. Even the lock support team is nonexistent yet cake support still responds to my emails within 15 min.

lol this is HILARIOUS. um idk probably just gonna make $100/day starting with a $30 roll. you need a certain capital base to allow for variance. read a book or two or, if you trade investments, that would apply as well. I'd say start w/ roughly $500

It's possible but he would need at least a 1k bankroll and play a bunch of $10 and $20 sngs a day. $100 is only 5 buyins a day for $20 sngs
