OK welll.... I have been asking "timeframe" and getting the "please be patient the cashiers department has your info" response.

Yes, Ive been all about this repayment as of late, and yes its pissing me off.

Anyone else have a check bounce? How long did it take for you to recieve the credit back?

My Current Timeline:

Depositted 7/20/12
Bounced 7/26/12
Creditted to Lock Acct: ????? when the cashier sees fit.


Anyways Im sure it will get done within a week, but yeah, this sucks, cant wait for FTP and RUSH to come back... Boom

LP emails sound like this:

dear XXXXX,

After reviewing your request we at Lock Poker would like to let you know that we are able to instantly debit your bank accounts and credit cards when depositing.

Unfortunately if you wish to withdraw funds we will require photo ID, A copy of your credit card (which we may or may not fraud) and a picture of you standing next to your computer with the lock Lobby open on the monitor.

If we feel that your pictures are inadequate (and we most likely will) you will have to send us all these items again.

Please use JPEG even though after sending JPEG files we will deny them and ask again. This could take up to 2 weeks for a response as supports could are less what you think.

If you receive a bounced cheque. Don't worry. Your money is safe. I've personally seen our money stash which Jennifer likes to hide under her bed.

If you have any questions go to 2p2 and Rizen or Shane will be happy to respond if they see fit. If not, they'll edit your post.

Side note: im still kinda frustrated over $400.

I just feel like they are teetering on their last leg and are trying to put things off to recieve enough deposits to cover their arses.

I think Cake has used this business model for years... CAKE and SPORTSBOOK.COM, allow money in easily, but make it a Pain in the A to get it back (especially if we need it to help pay for other parts of the company).... but hell... I just want it back on the website, I just dont like that its in limbo... is that too much to ask?

I got the email posted below, so I called the bank to ask if the funds simply were credited and taken out and placed on hold, she assured me this was not the case and that the check had indeed bounced. I explained to her the email I had received and the fact that the funds were 100% available and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. She connected me to her higher up and after 2 or 3 minutes on hold she returned to inform me, that with international checks they need to make sure the funds are available in the national reserve or something, and the check was initially wrongfully credited to my account and I could expect the $ by August 10.....

Anyways long story short.

Hello xxxx,

I double checked with our Check Processor and the check did not bounce. The funds for your check are available to debit from our account. Sounds like the teller was not familiar with how to handle International checks. Generally, US banks will take the check and send it through 'Collections' where they will hold your funds until it has cleared, then release the funds to you. This can take several weeks to clear but assure you that your check funds are secure and ready for your bank to take.

If the check was deposited and later debited, this would be a bounced check situation. Also, please note that we have put extra steps in place to ensure checks are not returned NSF and have not had any recent bounce check issues.

At this point, you have already deposited the check so I recommend waiting until your bank clears it and releases the hold on your funds.

after making the stink yesterday and quoted a time-frame of the 10th for the funds to be returned... boom!!! They are in the ole account today, I'm sorry I ever doubted you.
