Does this still apply, it says currently the promo code is not active, neither holdem manager support or Shane want to give me any answers. Its not a huge deal, but i still use holdem manager 1. I don't know why they show it in administration under hud if they no longer offer this promotion for the higher tier vip members.

Had the same problem. Talked to support about it, and all they could do was confirm I followed the right steps and that I am indeed a "Blackops" VIP. I just emailed Shane, my last and only hope apparently.

Correct I have even emailed me customer support at lock, and then told me that the promotions team would get back to me. I wait a week and then email them again, and they tell me that the promotions team will be back with me asap. At the beginning of this week I email them again, and they say the exact same thing, I give up.

You think they would appreciate me generating 1500$ in rake and traffic. Not really surprised though as they make you jump through hoops for 4 months just to get a 90$ withdrawal.
Maybe you are 3 months away from hm2?
