Re: Bank wire cashout not available
Wires have always been stated to take 2-3 weeks to process, and the first day they were available was Feb 6th I believe, so between the 20th and 27th would be a 'normal' timeframe.
I will talk to them about updating the 'In Progress' text to something different as it can definitely be misleading.
Thanks

You should learn how to do math.
Feb 6th + 2-3 weeks = Feb. 20-27
Feb 9th + 2-3 weeks = Feb. 23 - March 1

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
First, I was not asking wug thoughts on the time frame for this wire, so you can **** off.
Second, if you read the post in which I quoted Rizen, you would see that he stated that between 2/20 and 2/27 would be a normal time frame. I take it you do not want to prop bet when I will get this wire ?
You are probably too busy trolling and adding to your 12k post-count.

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
First, I don't care.
Second, if you read the post in which you quoted Rizen, you would see that he states those time frames are for a cashout requested on Feb. 6th. I take it you have a small penis and think that prop betting people about bank wires on 2p2 makes you more of a man.
I'll troll you now if you want brah.

Are you retarded? That's the time frame if you requested on 2/6 - you said you requested on 2/9.....why don't you just relax and see if it comes in the next week or so....acting like an idiot in the thread doesn't really help you much and lol at your threat in the live chat to go to another site - god forbid!

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
ok thanks mr. sit 'n go player.
let me ask you this, have you even made a sizable withdraw through a poker site in your life ? have you ever depended on poker winnings ? or are you just some pos old hand who likes to impart timeless words of wisdom to unwitting strangers. you've been trolling the other threads too, I guess you want to see how long this **** takes. at least you have my situation as an example, doubt a sng player would have much to cashout anyway

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
Hi there,
We are happy to report that we launched a new quicker option, Direct Bank Transfer. Your Bank Wire request has been credited back to your Casino account so you can submit a Direct Bank Transfer request via your Cashier. Once done we will process it within 24 hours. This is preferred over Wire where players must wait 2-3 weeks. For payouts more than $2500, this method allows you to submit 3 transactions per week. Note they have to be 24 hours apart.
Please let us know if you have any questions at all.
All our best,
Eve

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
The way I read that is they submitted it back to your casino account so you can submit the Direct Bank Transfer request. They will expedite it for you, and you can get 3 of them per week max $2500.
If you have any other questions please let me know. Submit it ASAP and respond to support (feel free to CC me) and they'll expedite it.
Thanks

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
I am not a Black Elite but when I went to cashout my cashier said I was able to do a bank transfer. Is it going to get rejected? Should I cancel?
Thanks

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
I had to reset the software, and now my original payout has been sent to casino.
However, the Direct Transfer option is not available in my cashier. Can I expect this to change ?

Bank transfer is a different payment solution to bank wire. You do not need to cancel.
The Lock cashier will only ever present to you the options specifically available to you, so if you see it in your cashier then you can use it.

Re: Bank wire cashout not available
It has now been 19 days since I initiated a bank wire on 2/9:
1. Initiate bank wire
2. 3 weeks pass, Lock cancels wire, sends money to my casino
3. Lock tells me to do a bank transfer
4. I do not have bank transfer in my cashier
Summary:
Lock poker has now had my money (over 3k) lost in some kind of fantasy cashout system, whereby they themselves do not know who is eligible for what type of payout, or how long said hypothetical payout will take, if it is completed at all.
So, to anyone who told me to relax, wait it out etc etc. you can officially **** yourself.
I will, however, continue to update this pathetic state of affairs, brought to us all by Lock Poker.
