When they say Ronin will be reset...does that mean we start at level 1 August 1st again?

Yes...Ronin starts again at level 1. As far as I know, you don't need to be verified to do player transfers. I have made a few to new players.

Be really nice if we were actually able to collect on the rakeback and deposit bonuses we had in place on Merge.

Lots of questions and flames in here so just going to try and hit them all with a general response instead of replying to them all individually.

Firstly when you add Ronin to your possible rakeback you have to remember that not every player gets every prize. By the prizes being limited at each level we ensure we arent giving away the house.

As someone else pointed out this level of promotion wont continue quite at this level forever its more a thank you for our players for sticking with us through this period.

Deposits most certainly are not being used to fund promotions. Player funds are 100% segregated, any processing delays are delays related to processors. Thanks to using 3rd party processors we dont have direct control over this process so occasionally there are delays which are out of our hands.

The new support is definitely in place and we are already seeing improvements on our end, a few players are already noticing better response rates and players will continue to see these improvements as they clear through the backlog of issues in the support system.

Is there a reason the prizes can't be cut in half for the players with rb instead of the fee's being doubled which pretty much ko's most rb players out of the race before it starts?

Seems like a fun promo and one that would keep me motivated to grind, but since i have rakeback it's pretty much pointless.

When I was a rakeback player (couple of weeks ago), it cleared like you said - for each level I get a half of the prize.

Be nice if Lock provided some real support on the forums. I mean really i would ninja answer questions for 10 bucks an hour if they hired me. No reason they can't have someone doing this.

I'm on Rakeback right now, and it's definately clearing at half the rate for me.
