yes we care but wu cash outs look to be around 3 weeks wait time now...this kinda sucks but most ppl are realistic. this is the state of online poker man. i have no prob waiting 3 weeks.

the other issue i see that does concern me cashout wise is skrill/moneybookers. this needs to be taken care of for all the row players.

all in all i would much rather have the possibility to earn 90%+ rakeback and wait 3 weeks on cashout than getting 35% rakeback and still wait a week for a cashout on merge....just my personal opinion

offering up nice promotions is just a marketing tactic to deter customers from having concern over the more important issues. i.e. getting your $ lol... getting timely responses from the "site" on any issues you might have..

but sure, it is a nice offer for new deposits.

Ok, let me get this straight:

Shane comes on and sees a sh*tload of threads reporting pretty serious issues without getting any reply from customer support. He then posts this promotion update and goes mia again. Rizen is mia for weeks now and no one seems to care about the problems their customers have...No statements concerning bouncing cheques. No statement on the Skrill issue and withdraw problems of ROW players. No confirmation about the presumably new support additions 2 days ago. In fact, no statements or anything at all...BUT: "Here are our August promotions."... I don't get it.

Highly unprofessional imo and you can offer me as much RB as you want. As long as these things aren't fixed, I won't play another hand on Lock.

On a sidenote how can a business that offers like 100% RB (i had even more than that this month) for several months be sustainable in the long run? I can't imagine that they can subsidies their running costs through casino income while having a positive overall cash-flow...player funds have to be used for promos, marketing, running costs, whatever. And that would be more than just plain wrong! But thats just a sidenote and a wild guess and maybe someone with more insight can prove me wrong. However, this whole business becomes more and more obscure day by day imo
