Hi Shane + Rizen, I sent support multiple emails and Shane a PM but no response. A few months ago I asked support to block my casino access because I was getting a little degen. They blocked my casino access, which in turn blocked all of my access to the lock cashier. I haven't played on Lock in sometime but I was thinking of moving some money over. Is it possible for somebody to unblock my casino access? My email is frinky13 at gmail. Thank you!

this **** is ****ing ridiculous... i just tried to pm rizen about a matter than is really pissing me off... it wont even allow me to PM him cause it says his box is full.. its been a week and im out 109 dollars.. this issue is bull**** and i am getting heated at the fact they just take my money then ignore me.. im sure as **** convinced something is wrong with this site.. it takes .5 seconds to deposit.. but anytime u want something from them other than giving your money to them its non existant.. how a business can be run like this boggles my mind.. i want my 109 dollars back..

I'm not allowed to use my 'Rizen' username in this forum unfortunately, so I don't check that PM inbox as often.
