Fees = $14.14

Admin page showed $11.94 fees for the day / 3 games played

Vault showed +$1.79 cashback for that session ($11.94 X %15 = $1.79)

$14.14 X %15 = $2.12

Sharkscope says I've paid $920 in fees... I started playing on Jan 22... didn't make White VIP until the end of Feb and have maintained VIP status since then... so you can write off $200-$250 of that $920 as being not eligible for cashback...

So going by that... $920-$200 = $720... $720 X %15 = $108.... OR $920 - $250 = $670... $670 X %15 = $100.50

In my vault, I've received a total of $78.51 (I've never touched my cashback money)

SO I'm missing between $21.99 and $29.49 cashback going by those numbers... Give or take a little bit and also assuming Sharkscope is accurate.

Not a huge amount of money obv... but It can't only be affecting me... Imagine the players, though, who accumulate hundreds of dollars of fees in a single day.. Doesn't the top lock lotto prize require $500 fees in one day? yea those players are really getting screwed on cashback.

The least lock can do is pay our cashback correctly since we can't withdraw....

We've isolated the bug, it has been fixed and all accounts have been reprocessed

You should also consider switching to the rake back system. Based on how much MGR you do a month, you would benefit from it more so than the VIP system.

I am also not receiving the correct amount of cashback and after multiple emails to support it still hasn't been fixed.

I'm not entirely clear on rakeback or vip but from what I can gather if you do $100 in fees in one day... Your better off sticking to the VIP system since that puts you at black VIP level easily.

There is a good thread about rakeback vs VIP... quick search and you should be able to find it.

IDK, i may be wrong, but I was under the impression that rakeback is only good if you only do a few hundred in fees in a month... so do some more research before switching...

Anyway back on topic... I have been receiving cashback correctly since Shane said the bug was fixed.. so everything's good now.. I'm gonna keep a close eye on my my cashback from now on though.

In order to consider switching from RB to VIP a player should be confident that he'll rake at least $150 per month just to make white VIP. If that is not the case then RB is the better deal.

As for the OP. If you're raking about $100 per day you shouldn't go for RB but keep your VIP status and cash-back.

I tracked my cash-back payments for a couple of days and they look correct to me. Guess it has been fixed.
