Has this happened to anyone else? I've been playing on here for 3 months and I've never noticed a problem before this week.

Anyway, I lost alot, then got my account to a positive +$30 last night... and yet my admin page was saying I was up +$506 for the day... which in turn is messing with my monthly win loss. (admin reports shows 9 games played while admin main page only shows 6)

Luckily I keep a total account balance written down... but still a little aggravating that we can't trust what out admin page says.

*edit* ....And now that I think about it.. the fee amount is also not correct... Says $13.29 fees for the day.. when I actually payed $22.54.... How do I know I got my %15 for being white VIP.

Also admin main page 92 points earned for the day.... admin reports 151 earned...... So now we are talking about money and points not correctly being given to players...

Go to your Vault, enter it, then click View Transactions in small letters. There, you'll see your cashback payments.

As for the rest, yes, admin reports will sometimes be correct and sometimes be off, it definately doesn't seem to be 100% accurate all the time.

When I add up all fees from the 9 games I played It's $22.54 which should be $3.38 cashback

Well, at least the cashbacks are consistent with the admin page then. Now it's just about proving whether or not you're right that it should be 22.54 rake paid or not.

I sent an email to shane to come look at this thread and then send the info to whoever looks into this... So hopefully we'll get this figured out...

I honestly hope I'm wrong about something.. I never even knew about the vault view transaction thing till today so I'd hate to think this has happened before and I never knew about it

One thing to remember with cashback/rakeback is that while it is paid hourly its only paid after your session ends.

So the timestamps and the cashback paid wont always match the time the cashback was earned.

I only played 2 games today... so whoever you send this info to, just tell them to compare the fees from my last 11 games with the cashback I received....
