how do I verify my account in the fastest way? I have all my details filled out. Do I have to send in documents and if so to whom?

Easiest way is just scan or take a picture of some documents with your name and address on, and preferably your picture and email it lock support.

I never had to verify my Account to do p2p transfers but did for cashing out so best to do it sooner rather than later anyway. Should be a tab under admin to upload docs.
