Look at the date of the e-mail...March 2nd. What a joke. I submitted the docs even before that.

Great news! After a little over 3 weeks my account has been verified! Thanks to rizen/shane for helping me out. Here is a recap of my experience getting my account verified for those who are interested.

3/25 sent my documents to security@lockpoker.com
4/2 emailed rizen asking if they got my documents because I never received the automated email that others said they got from support.
4/3 rizen asked support if they could confirm that they received my documents.
4/4 I got the automated email from support saying to expect an email from them in 24-72hours.
4/13 Emailed support asking if something went wrong. Never received a response.
4/16 Emailed rizen and pmed shane on 2+2 asking about the delay.
4/17 Rizen asked support for me about my verification.
4/18 Verified.

Although I'm not happy about how long it took overall for my verification to finish, I'm really thankful that Rizen (Eric Lynch) helped me out within 24 hours of emailing him both times. Good luck to everybody else and I hope this post gives you some idea of what to expect!

Congrats -- I've been waiting since early March. I've sent many, many PMs to Rizen, emails to Shane, emails to Support, posted here a bunch of times...they don't even answer me.

I was verified today as well. Sent my docs on 3-31-12 and verified 4-18-12. I have not made a withdraw as of yet, but do not intend to for awhile.

Thanks to Rizen for helping me out.

Immediate response saying I needed a printed, signed, and scanned copy of form. Assuming from automated email.

Lets see how fast this one gets responded to.

4/19 (20 mins later)
Received automated response from Paul saying they received my info and "Once done, we will send you a confirmation email. Please expect an email within 24-72 business hours."

Make sure you send all of your docs, utility bill included, to security@lockpoker.com and be patient. I sent one needle email on 4/15 stating I hadn't received the 'we received your docs and you're in the security queue' email. Heard back 2 hours later saying I was in the queue, so took from 4/15 to 4/20 to be verified once in the queue. Good luck everybody

wow, I sent my docs in on March 23rd and Im still in the queue...pretty frustrating as I also am no longer getting a response from Rizen or Shane or support. What is even more frustrating is I previously sent in verification docs around 10 months ago...figured I had been verified as I had received 2 payouts. On the 3rd payout they said I needed to send in docs. FWIW, I also sent in docs to another skin on March 23rd and was verified within a few hours.

About to send all my stuff in but have just been issued a new CC with a later expiry, (old one set to expire in May). Do I need to update this with Lock before I send in the new CC scan?

You only need scans of the ones you've used to deposit. So unless you've used the new one to deposit or no longer have the old one I would just use the one you used to deposit.

I sent my docs in on the 2nd of april. Got a email from support like a week later thanking me and I was in the que and it would be done within 72 hours, 2 weeks later I pm'ed rizen with no reply. Never made a depost, so not much to verify other than my id and info. Great job guys.

Yeah only have the new one, is the same numbers etc just new expiry as old one was about to expire and had to order a new one

I have emailed support with my verification information last week and still have not gotten a reply about my account being verified yet. Does it usually take this long? my screenname on lock poker is 3bet4fun . Can you please help me look into this.

Same thing. The odds are getting lower for me play on Revolution with this kind of customer service.

Shane or Rizen, can you guys tell me if my verification forms were received? I sent them about 10 days ago I believe. I received an e-mail advising that the document was too dark. I tried to lighten it and re-sent. I have not received any more information after that. Lock name is bbigg48 Thank you

I sent my docs in over 72 hours ago, and really about a week ago, have emailed support and not heard back. I have a cash out pending, have heard nothing about that either. On a side not is it possible to cancel a withdrawal?

All was accepted within 4 business days and Western Union available to pick up in 3 business days after requesting.

For the verification can I just send in the top half of a bank statement, or does it have to be the entire piece of paper? I assume I can black out all my personal info outside of name and address? Also, does it have to be recent? I've gone to paperless on just about everything, but have stubs/statements from a few months ago.
