Sent my verification docs to Lock on 3/7
Received email about them being sent to queue and taking 1-3 days to process on 3/8
......... Still waiting after a few emails sent to CS.

One person said I should still be able to deposit, which is my problem at the moment as I want to put more money on. But Lock won't let me. Email after email, still waiting!!

Any way you can help Rizen?? Thanks!

Same problem here -- I sent mine on 3/6, got the "you're in the queue" email on 3/7. I've sent 3 follow up emails to Support asking about the status of verifying my account, and asking if I need to provide any additional information, but have had no reply.

Just note to the wise, I never sent in any follow up emails regarding my account verification and it was processed in a timely manner, like all things in poker, patience. -Pi

I usually am and never had a problem with Customer Service before, but when I get an email saying expect an email within 1-3 days and it's now going on 11, gotta see what's up

3/14 - sent the docs
3/14 + 7 hours - got confirmation e-mail ( 1-3 days )
3/16 - e-mailed Rizen
3/19 - cc'd on Rizen's e-mail to support asking to look at the docs
so far no response from support yet, though I understand it's only 4 work days

3/21 verified! With Rizen help it took about 4 business days. I'd say much better than I expected after reading this thread

FWIW, sent in my documents on 3/12, recieved the confirmation email that they had it under review 6 hours later. Just today recieved email stating everything was verified. So, 9 days for me. Good luck.

This is absolutely ridiculous that they haven't fixed this issue, I have no idea why anyone would play on this site. I sent my docs 2 weeks ago, got an email within an hour saying it would take between 1-3 days to verify. I waited over a week and got no response. I have since sent 3 more follow up emails to Lock Support and every one of them went completely unanswered. Not even a response saying they are a bit behind or anything, just completely ignoring people that are trying to find out what the delay is. This is b.s. and I am done with this site. I mean they are obviously just stalling because they know people who are trying to get verified are planning to withdraw.

how do you know when you are "verified" does something change when you log in or at the cashier? Or just simply when they send you a email saying so si the only way?

I did not send in a bank statement just a scan of the envelope with my bank logo, and my name/address on the envelope

Also do you have to be "verified" before your first deposit will go through? Just tried with master card and was declined.

On the deposit page some of my info is wrong, put a fake address when i signed up and the short version of my name, not my full first name which is different than my credit card, is this the issue?

I'm pretty sure, you cannot do Player to Player transfers/Withdraw funds until you are verified. So theoricially you could try to send another player say a $1 and see what the cashier says.
You should have gotten an email confirming your account's verifcation approval from lock support/security.

I am asking about depositing money not transferring/ withdrawing. As i tried MasterCard recently and it was declined.

Yeah, the cashier seems a little hit or miss with the MasterCards, I know I was able to make first deposit no problem, prior to sending in/approval of verification docs.
I've also had the cashier decline my MC despoits (generally for smaller amounts), and work prefectly fine the next day during the limbo time of verification.

Yep, Been working multiple times prior to receiving Verification Confirmation for my account.
Most likely its your CCs issuer/Bank not allowing overseas transactions/purchases from that merchant/Gaming Transactions.

You should be able to receive transffers whether verified or not. You can actually send transfers also w/o being verified also, however, you would need to send an email and request that it be enabled.

As far as depositing, when depositing with a credit card they are WAY more likely to want "proof" "verification" whatever of who you are and that you are allowed to use said Credit Card. Even if it goes through the first time, they are very likely to not process a second time w/o supporting evidence that you are authorized to use it...especially if the time frame is quick.
