Might not be til Monday is what I'm guessing. Feels like no one is getting any response from support this weekend. Also noticed on the lock website that the "24 7 Live chat support" is offline. What a joke, lol.
I talked to a lady on live support who said she would put my documents as priority in the security queue....so we'll see
I finally sent this joke of a support another email asking if they even got my attachments for verification. It's been over 3 days now. I also sent LockRizen a pm. Still no response from either. Tell me again why this site is so great? Because I'm beginning to rethink if I even want to play here. Any other sites have better support than this crap?

Same boat, really questioning why I decided to switch to Lock over Carbon bc right now they look pretty pathetic
I think Rizen needs to make a statement about Lock Support. It is obviously the BIGGEST thing that people have a problem with about the site. Step up your game Lock.
Sent my stuff in and still not verified as well. Any idea who to contact about this? Lock support has yet to respond to any of my 5 follow up e-mails..
Finally verified after five days lololol. Too bad I already deposited somewhere else. If its going to take five days to hear from support here. I'm looking elsewhere.
sent in documents to be verified on 2/20/12, never verified. re-sent in documents 2/28/12 and still no response. really close to just going back to Carbon.
I don't understand how it takes so long to review a couple of documents. It's obvious they don't have enough people in their customer service team or they just choose to be slow.
I have had a similar experience with the verification process. Haven't had any luck getting a response from support or security.
Did you ever get your account verified or get a response from support or security? I still have yet to hear from them after sending them my documents three days ago.

So you need to do account verification before depositing?
I believe its highly recommended, as you'll need to verify any CC you deposited with prior to withdrawals, and its usually the industry standard to request a verification documents for cash in/outs.
interesting, they didn't even bother to send me a confirmation email stating that they have received my docs. So far 2 days....
Yeah I sent mine in around midnight and got a confirmation email within 6 hours, in the early AM, sent to both .eu and .com support email addresses, not sure if that helped, might want to shoot rizen a pm to double check your docs were received and being processed.
