anyone been getting verified lately? been waiting about a week and haven't even got an email back. i sent my verification stuff to cake at the same time and was verified within 45 minutes. whats taking so long lock?

If you shoot me your details I can take a look at this, with our new verification system in place this definitely shouldnt be the case.

shane I sent you and rizen both emails about my withdrawal progress... and my first of the month fee being returned... I've waited about 5 days and has heard no response from you, support, or rizen.. can you help..?

I deposited once with a CC when the network was on merge(in March) , then with WU on revolution, in June. I no longer have the cc I deposited with back in march. I want to be verified so I can make my first withdrawal, how do I proceed? Can i ignore the CC section of the verification form?

About to send verification stuff. Assume don't need credit card since haven't used one. I guess I need to send utility bill or whatever.

Sent WU cashout request 10 days ago. Didn't know about verification. Not sure how much this will delay it or if it is delayed anyway.

This, its been over a week and I have had no notification of my account being verified albeit I have contacted Rizen directly.

shane i sent you a pm 2 days ago as you specified and have still not heard back from you nor from lock support, i have sent 2 emails in already for verification and got nothing.

Ive tried like 3x when I try to send the pdf files via email it says it exceeds maximum capacity and so it fails to send, so how do I go about sending these files to support?
