I registered with lock poker the week after black friday almost as an FU to the DOJ. I only played for a few weeks and decided I didn't care for the game selection on the network (i play a lot of stud games that dont run often on merge). I heard the recent news about lock buying the cake network so I decided to login to my account and play some this weekend and also to be a part of this new network that I think holds promise. Long story short I made a small deposit and immediately had my account suspended for security purposes. Meaning I was unable to login and play even though my deposit had been credited.

Strangely I was able to log into lock casino and access my deposit there and play the casino games but I could not transfer it to lock poker. I'm hoping this is some kind of glitch in the system that can be quickly fixed ? I sent an email to support a few hours ago and have yet to hear anything back from them... Shane, Rizen any help would be appreciated.

Lock support can take a day or two to respond and they often don't respond over the weekends. U probably have to get ur account verified

Kinda of a bummer to not be able to play on the site over the holiday weekend. Hopefully they get back to me sooner and get it cleared up. Thanks for the bit about verification though. Had not thought of that.

I doubt that they suspended your account just because you havent done an ID verification. This has happened before to a few people here and there and it's usually just some kind of random mistake that gets cleared up easily. Unfortunately, you're gonna need Lock support to help you out for this and they are not known for their promptness.

Same happend to me, main issue was I opened an account on carbon in like '09? And they locked that account cuz I forgot the password couldn't log in tried too many times. Etc... Anyways had to clear that up first, followed by sending my verification forms in and I was good to go. It was a little bit faster than now, since there was still live support back in the day.

You are going to have to wait to hear from the fraud team as the issue is above my head. Based on the notes on your account they have found some fraudulent activity on one of your previous accounts.

You can only have one account per skin, so it wasnt a second account on Lock.

This was solved within a week, their live support was still up so things moved very smoothly, funny thing is I still don't know my carbon password lol I forgot it again
