I recently made a WU cash transfer, and got a confirmation email saying it was successful and that my account had been credited, however, when I opened up the client my wallet balance was still empty It's been about two hours since the confirmation email and I still haven't got my deposit. Is it normal for the system to take awhile to update the accounts, or has something gone wrong?

I have played on Carbon before and deposited the same way and immediately after getting the confirmation email my wallet was updated so I'm kinda leaning towards something went wrong

Ok so apparently my deposit was put into casino and I transferred it to poker so this is fixed.

User above me look into this, as well.

How do you even make this transfer?

Still no money. This is unreal.

Edit: They said that I put it in casino, then over to poker. Absolutely no way. First, I don't know how, second, I'm not sure whether I'm in casino or not. If you click on casino, it asks you to activate the account, then when you put in the password, it says it already exists.

So, I go to the casino games, like Jacks or Better for example, and there's nothing there.

I wish I understood why the deposit is all messed up. It was never like this before. This is bullcrap.

Doesn't work for me. First off, the poker balance was already there. It's just not in the client.

What I deposited shows under Poker Balance above just fine.

It's just not on the client. I don't understand why this is happening.
