I updated. Cant login in. Anyone able to login to lock yet?

No looks likes it'll be a few hours. I login on cake and there arent many games going on except cash games anyways

i logged into my account on the new site and when i put in my info it tells me to choose a screename for the tables. when i put in my name from lock it tells me that my name is already chosen. just trying to use the same name i use on lock

I have similar issue. I want to use the name I use on Lock and the new Lock doesnt seem to allow the same amount of characters.

When I hit forgot password it takes me to a screen that says update in progress, normal service will resume later today. No password no login But I seem to be able to watch tables fine.

This means someone else on Revolution is already using your screename so you will need to choose a new one.

Shane - I wasn't aware of the difference in characters between the old Lock and new Lock usernames so the name I typed in got cut off. Is there ANY WAY to change it?

It just means someone on a (former) cake skin has the same sn as u. They could've had that sn for months if not years

When I go to cashier it opens a browser and the screen says "To access the cashier, click the cashier button in the Lock Poker application"
It then gives me the option to download lock poker again?
What does this mean? Do I redownload it again? I just updated it 5 mins ago to the new network and chose a screen name, then this so not sure what's up. Thanks

Is it prompting you to update every time you open the client? If you use a shortcut to launch it, such as an icon on the taskbar, you might need to update the shortcut for the new client. (I just removed it, found the new client link on the start menu, and pinned that one to the task bar.)

No. I downloaded it the other day, and then updated today. Got to the screen and made a new name but can't access the cashier. I'll try logging out and back in and see if that helps

First off, I haven't posted on 2+2 in ages and only am doing so now because I have nowhere else to turn, but this is a legitimate post and concern.

With that said, I can't seem to open the program at all.
I updated it today and when I try opening the program, a window pops up that says "Program Error" as the heading. Followed by a message reading:
"The program LockPoker.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Then in smaller font lower in the window:

"This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine. You may want to check http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/ for tips about running this application."

I tried going to that site and it asked me to input the program that I was trying to open, and I tried typing "Lock Poker" as well as "lockpoker" or "lockpoker.exe" but no results were found. I have no idea what this site codeweavers is or what it does and have no idea about how to fix this issue of opening the program.

I am running Lock Poker on a MAC, does that have anything to do with my issue???

PLEASE HELP
