It is absolutely awful playing the $109 buy-in for the 100k today. I ended up coming in 367th place. I was repeatedly knocked off from the server and could not reconnect. Yet my internet and other poker sites ran perfect! Once I got back to my table I had barely any chips since the blinds went around and around while I could not sit in. Then when I tried to sit in I would still fold even when I tried to push all-in! This was my first tourney on Lock and I wanted to give the site a chance. Unfortunately its looking like it was an awful decision to play on this site. If I can get a refund for my $109 or even a ticket for that value I'm leaving. What good is a site when you are playing high stakes like this and cannot connect or the software malfunctions? I heard players that were still in the tourney when it was canceled got money in their accounts based on EV. What about the players that were blinded out because of the software glitch?

EVERYONE who played in the MTT regardless of what position they came in should at least be given a ticket to next weeks $100K.

Yes money would obviously be better, don't expect Lock to do the right thing though.

If you werent eliminated within the top 200 you really can't make a significant equity claim. The tournament ran for 5 hours. Those whose bubble play was ****ed by the lagging and pausing of the tournament should be given an equity share. That is all.

i had problems with the lag starting around 4. this is absolute bs....basicly got blinded out of 345$ dollars worth of tourneys. when i got back in i had fractions of a stack and had to shove......this is the worst call by a site I've seen in a while....these tourneys should have been canceled way soooonnner....i have stood by lock through all the moving and growing pains but I'm done with this scum if refunds are not given to all players that registered. if you were on a mac it was hilarious to even attempt to login bec. the bs mac client....give some refunds and get a new platform or ur die hards are leaving

i would love to play more on lock but it's simply impossible with all these software problems.

if you can't miss $109 for a week you clearly don't

1) make money for a living

or

2) you over complain as you must play microstakes, so could afford to wait.

I had 18k in chips at first break, which lasted about 25 minutes for me.
