It is worth noting (and has been in other threads) that a number of people with long waits, including Vindictive, have received checks or WU. I am not saying this to defend Lock and I cannot tell objectively whether things have gotten better or not. (It seems to be that people who have gotten their money are happy or at least relieved and those who haven't assume nothing has changed.)

One person who has waited beyond the timeframe lock advises is one too many - especially when there is no apparent reason other than 'processor problems'

Even when/if I receive my cashout I will still be here monitoring the progress lock poker makes (if any) as I am curios as to what will unfold for the rest of 2013 for lock poker

FT37 - I don't think anyone is implying the situation is acceptable. The question is whether or not they are making progress. Sadly, it is hard to tell just from what people are saying here whether any progress is being made or not.
