I usually post this in the marketplace, but I decided that maybe I should post in the classifieds to see if I get a little more response. Not to mention, it's nice to "give back" a little to 2p2.

Here's the deal. I get free rooms any night of the week (including Friday and Saturday). I'm looking to sell these rooms. All nights are available, but for the most part the weekends are the most popular so I'm going to post what is available and what is already booked. Weekend of:

Jan 6 - Available
Jan 13 - Booked!
Jan 20 - Available
Jan 27- Available

Feb 3- Available
Feb 10- Available
Feb 17- Available
Feb 24- Available

Note that if the 2 nights you stay are from Sun-Friday it will be a suite!

What fine establishment is this at?

Since these are complimentary does that mean you have to check us in?
Yes.

Can you please describe in detail?
Pretty much what happens is we both go to the check-in and I hand them my ID. At this time they'll say

"Credit card for incidentals?"

This is where I'll say something corny like:

"This baller has got it (pointing to you) .."

You'll hand them your ID along with your CC and will be have a 26 dollar hold/per day. So usually 52 total. At this point the person will hand me two hotel room keys and we'll take a couple steps into the lobby and I'll hand you the keys.

NO CASH DEPOSITS!

How far in advance do I need to contact you?
Best to get it in right away, but unfortunately 90% of the time it's decided late that somebody wants to take a trip to AC for whatever the reason. So just post in the thread what you are looking for and PM me as well.

Are costs negotiable?
Sure. But I might not budge given the different variables (late notice, actual hotel costs, etc.).

What about trades / BAP?
Sometimes people have some sick trades whether that be airline miles, staking deal, or poker lessons. I'm always up for listening to anything. Just don't get offended if I turn it down.

Anything else I need to know?
Two things off the top of my head:

1. Don't ask me how I get the free rooms on the weekend - it's annoying.
2. No matter who you are with (friends, g/f, family, etc.) try to keep them away from the check-in counter. It makes me feel more comfortable.
