And someone can be offended by the behaviour of their employer and still decide its worth it to continue working there. In no way does that make it ridiculous for them to comment on the ****tyness of their employer once they leave.
Yep. And this is why their careers generally end when this occurs several times.

At what point during the prolonged string of harassment she allegedly documented do you think most women would have quit? By all accounts she knew of this far sooner than virtually anyone else in SRE and lasted far longer, and is the only person to write an extended thought piece on the subject.
It seems by month 3-4 she knew this behavior was systematic and HR had no interest in preventing his actions to solicit other female coworkers. Do you think any normal person with a reasonable view of ethics would continue to work at somewhere so obviously hostile?
From my perspective, she worked at somewhere that had an obviously ridiculous and hostile work situation, gritted it out for a few months (prob because it was a great job for her), but then continued going in for another 8 months despite being aware of the ridiculousness of the situation. This is what I find pretty strange. If I was being harassed at work, and was aware that HR was not only ignorant but actively abetting the situation, I wouldn't go in, but I suppose I have significantly more options than a run of the mill engineer.
