I was stuck on the Interrupt Handler program for a while before coming up with this apparently very slow and inefficient solution.
Cycle Count: 398 (~160 top score)
Node Count: 10
Instruction Count: 88 (~35 top score)
I'd love to see some better solutions, but aside from the Steam forum there doesn't seem to be anywhere discussing the game.
EDIT: and after looking at it for a minute realized I was way overthinking the middle part, since for any given row of inputs, there can be only one interrupt, I don't need to try sorting for the highest node interrupt like I was, but the new solution didn't greatly improve things:
Cylce Count: 374
Node Count: 9
Instruction Count: 64
There must be a simpler way to check each input node for whether the input signal is an interrupt or not, but I'm not seeing it right now.
