1) Human element/fit/values etc.
2) Time management/handling pressure
3) Solving hard-ish problems and/or having some good finished projects
Resume is pretty unimportant for me unless you can extract some info regarding 1,2,3 from it (mostly #2).
Vastly different for many largish corporate interviews though where resume will hop to #1.
