so I need a programmer to do this job. I am not sure if this quallifies as the programming job, but I know that a programmer is best suited to do it.

I need you to create a stat which would return a random number from 1 to 99.
I would like this number to change every 30 seconds.
You can create stat in the Stats editor which you choose on the left, but as I know you can create stats only based on the game frequencies.
So creating a stat which would give a random value is the challenge.
Can you create it? If you think you can, contact me.
If you can't, maybe you can recommend someone who could?

Contact Hand2Note's support with this request - they offer a cheap custom stat creation service themselves (their current price is $20 per 50 HUD stats so think thoroughly what other custom stats you'd like to have on your HUD and order them in bulk).

I have contacted them and they gave me an answer that there is no way to do it.
I know that there is no way to do it through the H2N's interface. That is why I need a programmer - to create a solution to this.
