Can someone give feedback as to why you don't want to do this?
I'm paying good hourly for a very simple task, I thought people would jump on this :/

This rings warning bells because if you were a programmer yourself you probably wouldn't need someone to do this for you, but if you're not a programmer then it's unlikely you can estimate the complexity and time duration of the project.
No offense but that comes off in a very negative way. Clients who speak like this (at least in my experience) end up expecting the world from you while extremely undervaluing your work.

I need a programmable interface, for preflop charts. I need to be able to change the charts myself as I refine them over time.
Instead of having 10 pdfs open I want to have tabs where I can switch through them in a better fashion.
My estimate of it being easy or small project is based on my uneducated guess, I apologize for that. I thought I keep my description short and then talk with you in private about details.
