I want to make a website, a wordpress site (a blog) could do but I want people to be able to make accounts, I also want to have them be able signup for a new-letter. now this is pretty easy but where I need help is down below, I know nothing, how long would it take to be able to code something like this:

I want to sell numbers (literally numbers) but want it to be automated (kinda). for example ticket number 1 would "33 47", now I want it to count 33 47+1, then +2 for each "numbers" sold after that. I want to be able to keep track of who got what ticket (through their registered account) and I also want to be able to stop and restart the process whenever I want. I also want it to be very very secure as far as payment method goes. Any of you guys is kind enough to guide a complete beginner (yeah it's my first website)?

not at all, I've tried to learn but I lost interest over time since I didn't enjoy it that much. I'd be willing to learn to code this but since programming isn't what i enjoy doing should I outsource it maybe? I'm not sure what the best way is, something like this doable in 1 language or would I have to learn multiples (excluding basics like html, css)?

The security part I wouldn't think is that easy.

What exactly are you asking for here? Someone to help build your website? Someone to link you to tutorials on how to build your website? Someone to suggest languages to work with?
