The title basically says it all. For the software, I require something fairly similar to a poker client but with some additional features like a friends list and webcam chat capabilities. The games themselves are simple.

You need to list some more details... e.g. what language will it be written in? All developers have slightly different skills and the more details you give, the more likely you are to find someone who fits...

Also, what do you mean by "similar to a poker client"?

The language itself is not an important issue for me. I have little knowledge of the advantages of one language over the next. I'm simply interested in delivering what I have in mind.

By similar to poker client I mean similar in structure and delivery. One where users login, search for a choice of games and play versus other people. The games themselves are not unique; they already exist as casino games.

The quality of the ad you post will probably attract the same quality applicants. If you're serious about it you should post more detailed spec + salary.
