To be clear I want to code it myself but can't work out the division of equity in the PostEQ column.

EQPost is the expected equity after the hand is played out with the assigned strategies. You need to have the ranges before you can calculate EQPost. To get Nash ranges you can use something like Fictitious Play or CFR+.
