Does anyone know of any code available (or they wouldn't mind sharing) that produces a result similar to the holdemresources.net Nash ICM calculator?
In other words, given stacks, blinds, and prizes, it produces optimal shove/call/overcall ranges for all players.
If not, would fictitious play be the best way to program this?

I think the SNGEGT project includes something like that:
https://github.com/atinm/SNGEGT
Afaik there are no other open-source implementations of that functionality.
