Sharkscope Desktop extremely slow

When starting Sharkscope Desktop my W7 freezes instantly on my MAC with Parallels. It's not a Parallels issue cause I have assigned 12gb RAM to it.
When starting the MAC client no problem. But I have all my poker sites in Parallels. Any help pls.

If this problem is only a problem with one piece of software - Sharksope Desktop - then perhaps you should contact them about what might be happening.
