These two issues started happening simultaneously which is the only reason I think they may be related.

My computer won't wake form sleep with my keyboard/mouse. I have to hold the power button down for 2 seconds to shut the computer down and then press it again to power it back up. (Hibernate still works normal. I know the difference.)

Also: When watching a movie on Netflix, video playback will freeze for 1-2 seconds at a time every 10-15 seconds. The same thing happens when I try to play Skyrim. Regular applications like Chrome or... (I just realized Chrome is the only other application I use.) doesn't lag or freeze.

I've had the computer for over a year and the only change to my computer before I noticed this was I installed the Arduino drivers. I installed the wrong one at first and when I tried to right click on the Arduino COM port in device manager, my computer blue screened. I had to left click on the device, press the delete key, and then scan for new hardware and update the driver to the correct version.
That may be unrelated of course.

Nothing in Eventvwr gives me any hints. My gut tells me it's a RAM issue. I ran the Windows 7 Memory Diagnostic and a Memtest86 and both came up clean. I haven't tried swapping RAM yet. (Don't have any spare)

I've updated my graphics driver.

A880 Motherboard. HD3850 Vid card. G.Skill RAM. Windows 7 64bit.

Disable hardware acceleration in Flash.

No change.

I swapped video cards and the problem is fixed.
