Wondering if you guys like the idea of creating a skype group, there are many cool things that could come from it and I searched without finding one.

I don't know how the group would work, since everyone on here will fancy their own specific language (very diverse ect...) but maybe some people could get something out of it.

I actually think this is a really good idea. The forum's really helpful but would be nice to have a more real-time community to bounce ideas off of, ask questions, etc.

I think this is a great idea. I love the idea of a poker to programming community.I'm primarily a "web" guy (Ruby, Sinatra, Rails, CS/JS) but always looking to tackle a fun algorithm.

I'd also be interested. I think it'd be good to list skills so it's easier to know who to direct questions to(if you have them). I'm in the poker to programming mode as I was a professional PLO/mixed game player for six years.

Now I'm primarily doing research and data analysis. So I do database type stuff and some web programming.

Intermediate or better: Python, R, Javascript and Visual Basic for Applications
