I thought it would be interesting to talk about the most 'Dick Dastardly' dictators in history. From ancient times up to Circa 1990. Who were they and what were their craziest actions?

An example would be when North Korea was caught red handed in 1978 digging under the DMZ the so-called third tunnel of agression. The North-Koreans claimed ot was part of coal mining operation and painted the walls black.

Well, Kim jong-un built a town called Kijong-Dong right in the middle of the demitlitarized zone between North and South Korea. He claims it is a 200-family colective farm but actually there are no people living in it and the buildings are just empty shells without floors or windows.

The whole city exists to try tricking South koreans ito defecting. Propaganda is broadcasted by loudspeakers all the time and a small crew works to keep the ilusion that people actually live there
