What are your plans for after school and beyond?

What are the top 3 things outside of school and poker that you're most focused on being good at?

Not really, no. I have had some pretty big downswings, but I always felt good about my play. I have always had a strong support group to share hands, discuss where I could make improvements, etc. My only big downswings have been in SNG’s and PLO, I never really had one in NL, I’m a nit. I honestly have never really questioned whether I am a winning player in any game I have played in.

I have studied a bunch of things so far in college. I probably have enough credits for minors in classics and philosophy. I planned to do Econ at Columbia but it is pretty boring. I started taking Chinese this semester and I think it is really interesting. Definitely the most challenging thing I have ever tried to learn. I plan to take computer science, poetry writing, and some Roman history courses among other things over the next two years.

When I wasn't aborted. Or driving around everywhere at 155 when I was 19, that probably wasn't too safe. I felt like I was going to die when I tried to do a triple front flip off of an olympic diving platform and landed on my chest. Couldn't take a breath for at least 45 seconds, though it felt like an eternity. Now I live in terror of the high dive.

How often do you talk to Tom these days?

Most you have won in one session of Black Jack?

Are you involved with Draft Day? What are your thoughts on it?

Best grappler you have rolled with?

If he wasn't your friend would you consider taking the Durr challenge?

I don’t really have any plans. I am learning Chinese right now so I would like to spend some time in China learning about their culture and getting fluent. My good friends started a Green Energy company and I am starting to get involved with that, so who knows what will happen. Long term I just want to wake up excited about what I get to do that day reasonably often.

Wow, 3 is a lot. I spend a ridiculous amount of time on school, so my free hours are fairly limited. I play basketball once a week and am trying to be good, so I hit the gym a couple times a week to run faster/jump higher. I tried to be good at boxing for a little while but just don’t have the time this semester. Next semester I have a little bit of a lighter load so can probably start getting back into it, but I don’t particularly love getting punched in the head over and over, I just really like the workouts. My shoulder is like 95% healed from surgery over a year ago so I can probably start getting back into jiujitsu soon. I always enjoyed that. I am reading a lot about energy and business lately, so that is up there too.

In your career as a professional poker player, what do you estimate you're highest hourly rate to have been? What were you playing?

I have made over 5m from poker. I don't know what peak net worth was, but I am not at it now. I invested the majority of my money in a variety of startups, so hoping one of them turns into the next google or I will have to find a job at some point.

I met him through 2p2 then met him in person at PCA. I always thought he was a fish, but a really creative/smart fish.

Re: The Well: Raptor517

Young people with lots of money are often taken advantage of by people who have more "real world" experience.

Ripping them off, borrowing money, bad investments...etc etc.

Can you recall an instance of this happening to you?

I would consider it, but probably not pursue it further than that. Tom is scary

10k+ per hour. 2-4 and 3-6 PLO/NL HU. There are certain people I think I do really well against.

Don't have a quesion, just wanted to comment on your personal history. I'm very happy for you that it worked out well and you're doing so good. Seeing a young man thriving in life after being dealt a hand as a kid that has caused others grief is really great. Glad it's all good for you now. GL.
