Good luck, I can relate to everything you've said.. Do you notice you are more irritable than usual while trying to cut down? I've quit a few times for 1-2months and this was one of the biggest issues that got me back on it..
Nowadays I've done so much damage to my lungs I can no longer smoke, and have been using a volcano ~once/twice a day. I do plan to quit entirely, but I am worried about my irritability issues returning and I do find it harder to motivate myself to grind sessions without it sometimes..
To those who believe its harmless - while it may not lead to cancer, longterm use definitely takes it's toll.
GL to all trying to cut back/quit
